Off and running...

so i figured i should start playing with this whole blog thing...my wife seems to have loads of fun with it and has become a bit of a celeb in the blogger world. i am referred to as "the big guy" in a few other blogs, but since this is my blog, i can either go by jaimie or ivar (big prize to be decided upon later to whomever correctly identifies the origin of the name "ivar forkbeard"). i will be posting every night when i get home from work (4:00am) and keep you all informed of the tom-foolery that i get to see every night as a bartender/drunk/musician. we will see...but till then, goonaht!
